dc.descriptionAround 25,000 fingerlings were distributed to 20 backyard fish farmers in the Island Garden City of Samal (Igacos) on February 28, 2025. The distribution included 15 bags of 1,000 fingerlings each and 20 bags of 500 fingerlings each. Rosalindo Marquez, a backyard fish farmer for six years, expressed gratitude for the government’s support.
