The UNACOM Online and Digital Enabling Library and Index is developed to support the alignment of research, investments, and community initiatives toward contributing to a well-functioning, productive, resilient, sustainable, and inspiring ocean. The goal is to enable the government, partner agencies, and UNESCO to develop more robust Science-Informed Policies and facilitate a stronger Science-Policy Interface through the gathered data, information, and knowledge related to the Ocean Decade in the Philippines.

The Order further provides for observer coverage, vessel monitoring system, reporting, vessel listing, monitoring of port landings, catch limit, net mesh size, use of fish aggregating device (FAD), nature of access right and penalties. The Order consists of 17 Articles.

Rules and regulations on the operations of the Philippine flagged fishing vessels operating in distant waters (beyond national jurisdiction).(Department of Agriculture, 2023-01-27)This Administrative Order provides for the conditions on the registry of the fishing vessels further to Republic Act No. 8550 and the requirements for the implementation of flag state responsibilities to not engaging vessels in IUU fishing. The Order requires update of fishing vessel listing that are operating in the High Seas area by BFAR and compliance with the vessel marking and specification requirements of the RFMO. This Order applies to all Philippine- flagged fishing vessels engaged in distant water fishing regardless of type. The Order provides on fishing days limit, qualification to access fishing in Philippine Pacific EEZ, vessel monitoring measures, vessel listing, catch logsheet, use of fish aggregating device and access right. The text consists of 18 Articles.
