The text has one Appendix on list of acronyms.
- Fisheries Administrative Order No. 268: Series of 2023. Rules and regulations governing the catch certification or documentation scheme for fish and fishery products intended for export that require catch certificates.(Department of Agriculture, 2023-01-16)This Regulation aims to ensure traceability of fishery products obtained from legal means in all stages of supply chain, establish a harmonized mandatory procedures on catch certification for export of fishery products, ensure compliance with applicable domestic laws, and update and revise the procedures on catch certifications scheme, and to ensure continued global market access of Philippine fish and fishery products. The text further provides for regular catch certificate, processing statement and non-processing statement, simplified catch certificate, record-keeping, monitoring and payment of fees, and settlement of issues. This Order shall apply to all foreign or Philippine-flagged fishing vessels that supply raw materials to canneries, processors or exporters for processing prior to the export of the processed fishery products. The text contains 30 Articles and has 12 Annexes.

Environmental lawyer Gloria Estenzo-Ramos, vice president of Oceana Philippines, said the country’s marine ecosystems hold immense potential in the efforts to curb the impact of the global food crisis. But the threat of destruction and losses is becoming more pronounced as plastic waste make their way to Marine Protected Areas (MPAs) that are supposed to be set aside for conservation in different parts of the country.

(Daily Guardian Multi-Media Services, Inc., 2020-07-15)The owner of the power barge which triggered an oil spill in lloilo Strait last July 3, 2020 has until tomorrow, July 16, 2020, to file its position paper on the notice of violation issued by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources-Environmental Management Bureau (DENR-EMB) 6. EMB-6 regional director Ramar Niel Pascua said in an interview with Aksyon Radyo-Iloilo that they will evaluate the reply of AC Energy Philippines to the notice to determine if the company has violations of the pertinent environment laws. To recall, EMB-6 issued a notice of violation to AC Energy on July 6 for violating Republic Act 9275 (Philippine Clean Water Act of 2004).
